Built To Spill, Camper Van Beethoven Review (Cat's Cradle, North Carolina, Oct 12th)

Older men with beer bellies and reading glasses can still rock your socks off. A full house tonight, and it's clear why. Both bands have been going for years, each album better than the last. Camper Van Beethoven were really great, never heard them before, but now I'm definitely a fan, definitely. Built To Spill were just amazing, opening with Liar, ahhhh. I had to leave before the encore because it was already 1 am and I had to drive two hours home. (I barely made it back.) It was sooooo good, I was spacey for most of the following day.
